Things to Remember

just a few things to remember to keep your event stress-free

Please ask for the actual guidelines for your particular event type by filling out an inquiry or contact form.

Includes the use of the gardens*, parking area, and ground floor areas.  Ground floor areas include: living room, guest kitchen as storage area of caterers, and dining area for buffet/photo booth/etc.  Clients will have to provide their own tables, linens, table/kitchenware, and tent, if needed. Frangeli House fixtures and furniture are strictly for indoor use only.
* If the front garden is too saturated with water due to heavy rains OR from June-October parties with 80 guests and below may use the grass paved area. Events with more guests will have to more their ceremony to the back garden or indoors.

Micro Milestones – 20 guests or less
Intimate Milestones – 21-120 guests
Classic Milestones – 120-150 guests

Rates posted are only applicable to the year it is for. Example: 2024 rates for 2024 events; 2025 rates for 2025 events only. A security deposit of P20,000.00 is required. Any additional charge, damage or loss to property, equipment, fixtures, and storage fee for unclaimed catering materials/equipment/garbage shall be charged to the security deposit. If the damage is more than the security deposit, the client will have to pay the additional charge. The full amount or the remainder is refundable within five (5) days after the event.

Other available amenities for additional fees include:

Use of projector – P750 per hour

Use of white screen- P250 for one hour or less

Use of place for rehearsals not on the day of event or extra setup/disassembly time- P2,000.00/hour

Use of bonfire area or the fireplace- P500.00 per hour

Electricity charge for LED wall and other big additions

other than string lights, spotlights, and sound system– P2,000 each


Terms of Payment

Frangeli House requires a down payment of 50% plus the security deposit of P20,000.00.  Full payment must be settled at least a month before the event day. If paying with a check, full payment must be done 10 days before the event.

Payments made after the deadline will mean an additional 1% to the amount due on that date. There will be an additional 1% for every week lapsed.

Frangeli House reserves the right to cancel the holding of the event in its premises in case of failure to pay the full amount beforehand.


Number of Guests
The guest count for each type of event includes the celebrant/s but not including the suppliers. A Frangeli House representative will count the number of guests on the day of the event.

If on the day there are more than the expected number of guests, the extra person charge will apply.   If the number of extra guests was unexpected, the balance should be paid after the event or could be deducted from the security deposit. 150 is the maximum capacity of the venue for November-May and 80 from June-October. There are associated fees for going over the maximum limit of guests.


Ingress and Egress

Frangeli House is open for the event 1.5-2 hours before and 1.5-2 hours after the scheduled time.  You may add extra setup time for P2,000/hour. If it is before 6am, it will be P2,500/hour for after hours.

Catering needs and other equipment may be brought in a day before the event for storage from 4:00pm-6:00pm if the event will be held early in the morning. Physical arrangement is to be done on the day of the event.  If physical arrangement is to be done a day before or extra time is needed for setup, there will be a P2,000.00/ hour charge.

Due to the limited space, Frangeli House can only accommodate up to 22 cars.  We suggest carpooling for the guests, provide a shuttle service, or take public transit if more parking spaces are needed. There should also be at least 1 person in charge for parking from the client/s or the coordinator to make sure all cars coming in are guests and to make sure parking designations are followed.


Post Activity Cleanup

Suppliers such as caterers, sound system providers, and event organizers will take their trash such as bottles, cans, plastic containers, and food scraps upon egress from Frangeli House.
Clean up and disassembly time is hours after the event.  If additional time is needed to disassemble structures e.g. stage, pavilion, tent, etc., there will be a P2,000 per hour charge to be deducted from the security deposit.  If past 12:00am., disassembly will be done the day after from 7am-10am only.  This is to ensure the smooth transition between two consecutive events.

Uncollected equipment/materials shall be donated/disposed of after 2 days. A storage fee of P1,000.00 a day shall be charged for uncollected materials, equipment, or garbage. All charges shall be deducted from the security deposit.


Reservations could be canceled at least 2 months before the event, after which the customer’s payment will be fully refunded. A P2,000-P5,000 cancelation charge will be deducted dependent on the type of milestone event option you get.  Canceling the reservation 2 months or less before the event will render the customer’s payment non-refundable. The security deposit will be returned.

If reservations are made 2 months or less before the event date, Frangeli House requires full payment of the event, inclusive of the security deposit. Cancellation of the reservation will render the payment non-refundable.


Changing the schedule of the event more than 2 months before the reserved date is free.

Changing the schedule of the event 2 to 1 month before the reserved date will mean a 25% charge of the total amount booked.
Changing the schedule of the event less than 1 month to 2 weeks before the reserved date will mean a 35% of the total amount booked.

Changing the schedule of the event less than 2 weeks before the reserved date will mean a 50% charge of the total amount booked.

A booking is considered as rescheduled if there is a definite date the event would be moved to that is not more than 3 months from the original booking.  Failure to book a specific date after this will render the customer’s payment non-refundable.

If rescheduling is due to “acts of god” such as typhoons, earthquakes, or personal emergencies, then we will allow for free rescheduling but only within 1 month of the original booking date.  This is dependent on the availability of the place.  Proof for personal emergencies is required.

No Show

Clients who fail to show up on the reserved date will not receive a refund.


We have a list of recommended suppliers that is regularly updated.  Suppliers not from our recommended list are allowed but each outside supplier will entail a respective fee depending on the type of service provided.  It is your responsibility for all suppliers to receive and read the supplier guidelines to prevent any charges due to violations. We highly recommend outside suppliers to do an ocular and meet with us beforehand.  Fees are listed in our recommended supplier list. This will be strictly implemented with DIY or unrecommended suppliers.

Noise Control

As Frangeli House is an eco and bird sanctuary and located in a residential area, offensive, loud and intolerable music/ noise will not be allowed in the venue. Offenders will be warned. FH will be compelled to shut down the power supply and sound system in case of non-compliance.   As provided by the BAGUIO ENVIRONMENTAL CODE ARTICLE 16:



It shall be unlawful to:

c. Unnecessarily create noise or excessively blow the horn of any motor vehicle within the vicinity of the following areas, hereby declared as “quiet zones”:

Residential Zone: from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

d. Cause, create, or allow the continuance of any unreasonable loud, disturbing, unusual or frightening noise or disturbance, injurious to the health, peace, or quiet of the residents and property owners in any residential area from 9:00pm-to 6:00 am

The following noises and disturbances are hereby declared to be a violation of this Code:

1. Radio, phonograph, compact disc, television or any other electronic or mechanical sound -producing device, including any musical instrument.

The playing of any device in such a manner or with such volume as to unreasonably upset or disturb the quiet, comfort, or repose of other persons in other nearby residential properties;

2. Yelling, shouting, hosting, whistling, or singing on the public streets so as to unreasonably upset or disturb the quiet, comfort, or repose of any persons in the vicinity;

5. Noise from parties or gatherings that are disturbing to the quiet, comfort, or repose of other persons



Without prejudice to other administrative, civil, or criminal offenses as may be filed against violators, any person who violates the provisions of Section 95 hereof shall, upon conviction, be subjected to a fine of P5,000.00 or imprisonment for a period of one (1) month and one (1) day to six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.

In consideration of our neighbors, and as per agreement with the barangay, loud noise or music will have to be toned down by 7:00 p.m. Music and activities will end at 9:00 pm
Extension of activities without the sound system after 9:00 pm until 11:45 pm inside the house will be charged an additional payment of P5,000.00 per hour. You are welcome to use the house speakers.
Extension of activities with sound system setup from 9:00-10:00 pm will be charged P8,000 per hour. We will shut off the power if the outdoor event goes beyond 10 pm and charge P15,000 for the violation.

Frangeli House will lock its gates and doors by 12:00 am. All outside guests still in the premises after 12am will be considered checked-in guests and the accommodation fee will apply.

Ecological Protection
As Frangeli House is an eco and bird sanctuary, it does not allow the following:  confetti (except if water soluble and biodegradable), fireworks, sky lanterns (for safety reasons), nailing on trees, tying of wires directly around trees, or any other activities that may distress the garden plants and animals.  Every violation will be charged P5,000 and deducted from the security deposit.

Security Measures

There are several security cameras around the property to ensure the safety of our guests.  However, during events, renters of the venue have the responsibility to monitor and identify their guests.  This is to avoid gatecrashers, and theft.

Firearms are not allowed in the venue for our guests’ protection.


Pets that are part of the event entourage are strictly not allowed inside the house.  There should be a designated person to clean up and take care of the pet during the event.  We can suggest pet friendly accommodations nearby for out of town guests who need accommodations for their pets.

Important Notes:

It will be the responsibility of the authorized representative to inform their suppliers and guests of these guidelines and ensure that they are followed.

Provisions of this contract may change based on the prevailing health situation in the city.

Frangeli House will deal with the authorized representative only, for any matters concerning the event before, during, and after its holding.

Upon reserving Frangeli House for the event, this set of guidelines has to be signed by the authorized representative and a representative of Frangeli House management. A copy each shall be in the possession of Frangeli House and of the representative.


If renting rooms, early check-in before 12 noon for lodging will be charged P100.00/person/hour. Late checkout after 11 a.m. will be charged P100.00 /person/hour.
