Intimate Milestone Events

Good for less than 120 guests*
Base rate is for 21 up to 40 guests
2 large gardens**
Ground floor areas: living room, dining room, den, staircase, kitchen for caterer’s storage only,  wrap around patio, front porch, and the parking area
Fresh flower arrangements inside the house
Choice of up to 4 hours or up to 8 hours for the event
4 hours extra for setup and disassembly
Tables and chairs for 50 people may be used indoors only

*Up to 80 guests only during the rainy months of June-October. Please view Classic Milestone Events for more than 120 guests.
** Limited use of the front garden for actual event June-October. Photoshoots welcome.
