A security deposit of P20,000.00 is required. Any additional charge, damage or loss to property, equipment, fixtures, and storage fee for unclaimed catering materials/equipment/garbage shall be charged to the security deposit. If the damage is more than the security deposit, the client will have to pay additional charge. The full amount or the remainder is refundable within five (5) days after the event.

Wedding Package Inclusion
Includes 12-hour use of the gardens*, parking area, and ground floor areas for 100-150 guests.  This includes 3 hours for setup, 6 hours for the event, and 3 hours for disassembly. Ground floor areas include: living room, den for preparations and changing of clothes, guest kitchen as storage area of caterers, and dining area for buffet/photo booth/etc.  Clients will have to provide their own tables, linens, and kitchenware. Frangeli House fixtures and furniture are strictly for indoor use only.
* If the front garden is too saturated with water due to heavy rains OR from June-October; only the back garden will be open for the event.

The bride and groom are entitled to one (1) free night of accommodation and free breakfast for two. This should be used the night right before or right after the wedding. Otherwise, the free night is forfeited. A complimentary bottle of wine is also included in the room.

A prenuptial photography session for 3-10 people (including photographers, makeup artists, etc.) for 3 hours is included in the rate.  For additional people and/or hours, please refer to the pre-nuptial photography rates.  This session can be reserved for Tuesdays to Fridays only, not more than 2 months before the wedding, and dependent on the availability of the house.

Guest Limit

Our guest limit is set for you and your guests’ comfort as well as to maintain the beauty of the place.  We have carefully thought of the perfect amount to have a stress-free and organized event.  Extra guests over the maximum 150 guests will entail a P700 charge per head during the regular season and P1,000 for the peak season. Also please note that there are only 22 parking spaces and that should be considered when adding more guests.

 

Security Deposit

Terms of Payment

Frangeli House requires a down payment of 50% to reserve the date.  Full payment of the package must be settled at least 2 months before the wedding day. If paying with a check, full payment must be done 3 months before the wedding.  The security deposit of P20,000 is due one day before the wedding.

Payments made after the deadline will mean an additional 1% to the amount due on that date. There will be an

additional 1% for every week lapsed.

Frangeli House reserves the right to cancel the holding of the event in its premises in case of failure to pay the full amount beforehand. If a reservation is made a year or more before the scheduled wedding, the rates when the reservation was made shall apply.

Egress and Ingress

Frangeli House is open for the event from 8:00am to 9:00pm.  Catering needs and other equipment may be brought in a day before the wedding for storage from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Physical arrangement is to be done on the day of the event and we can open the gates as early as 6:00am.  If physical arrangement is to be done a day before, there will be a P2,000.00/ hour charge. If it is before 6:00am, it is P2,500 per hour.

Regular checkout time, which is 11:00 a.m., applies to the bride and groom. All other guests will have to pay room rates if they choose to stay in the rooms. Early check-in before 12 noon for lodging will be charged P100.00/person/hour. Late checkout after 11 a.m. will be charged P100.00 /person/hour.

 

Post Activity Cleanup

Suppliers such as caterers, sound system providers, and events organizers will take their trash such as bottles, cans, plastic containers, and food scraps upon egress from Frangeli House.
If additional time is needed to disassemble structures e.g. stage, pavilion, tent, etc., there will be a P2,000 per hour charge to be deducted from the security deposit. Clean up and disassembly time is until 12:00 am (midnight) only.  This is to ensure the smooth transition between two consecutive events.

Uncollected equipment/materials shall be donated/disposed of after 2 days. A storage fee of P1,000.00 a day shall be charged for uncollected materials or equipment.  For garbage and/or bottles left at the premises, there will be a P1,000 charge per garbage bag/box.  All charges shall be deducted from the security deposit.

Parking
Maximum parking space is for 22 vehicles for guests and suppliers. We suggest carpooling for the guests, take public transit, or get a shuttle service if more parking spaces are needed. There should also be at least 1 person in charge for parking from the client/s or the coordinator to make sure all cars coming in are guests and to make sure parking designations are followed.

Suppliers
We have a list of recommended suppliers that is regularly updated.  Suppliers not from our recommended list are allowed but each outside supplier will entail a respective fee depending on the type of service provided.  It is your responsibility for all suppliers to receive and read the supplier guidelines to prevent any charges due to violations. We highly recommend outside suppliers to do an ocular and meet with you beforehand.  Fees are listed in our recommended supplier list.

Cancellation
Reservations may be canceled with a full refund of the customer’s payment, provided that the cancellation occurs at least 4 months before the event. However, a P5,000 cancellation charge will be applied. Any additional cancellation fees, such as credit card or bank fees, will be passed on to the customer. Cancellations made less than 4 months before the event will result in the forfeiture of the customer’s payment.

In the event that reservations are made within 2 months of the event date, Frangeli House will require full payment of the event. In such cases, the cancellation of the reservation will result in the payment being non-refundable.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling the event is subject to the following policies:

1. Changing the event date more than 4 months before the reserved date is free of charge.

2. Changing the event date between 4 to 3 months before the reserved date will incur a 10% charge of the total amount booked, added to the final balance of the event.

3. Changing the event date between 3 to 2 months before the reserved date will result in a 25% charge of the total amount booked, added to the final balance of the event.

4. Changing the event date less than 2 months before the reserved date will result in a 50% charge of the total amount booked, added to the final balance of the event.

Please note that rescheduling must involve selecting a definite date for the event that falls within 6 months from the original booking. Failure to choose a specific date within this timeframe will result in the customer’s payment becoming non-refundable.

In cases of “acts of god” such as typhoons, earthquakes, or personal emergencies, free rescheduling is permitted, but only if it occurs within 1 month of the original booking date and is contingent upon venue availability. Proof of personal emergencies is required to qualify for this exception.

No Show

Renters who fail to show up on the reserved date will not receive a refund.

Noise Control

As Frangeli House is an eco and bird sanctuary and located in a residential area, offensive, loud and intolerable music/ noise will not be allowed in the venue. Offenders will be warned. FH will be compelled to shut down the power supply and sound system in case of non-compliance.   As provided by the BAGUIO ENVIRONMENTAL CODE ARTICLE 16:

SECTION 95. PROHIBITED ACTS

It shall be unlawful to:

c. Unnecessarily create noise or excessively blow the horn of any motor vehicle

within the vicinity of the following areas, hereby declared as “quiet zones”:

Residential Zone: from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

d. Cause, create, or allow the continuance of any unreasonable loud, disturbing,

unusual or frightening noise or disturbance, injurious to the health, peace, or

quiet of the residents and property owners in any residential area from 9:00pm-to 6:00 am

The following noises and disturbances are hereby declared to be a

violation of this Code:

1. Radio, phonograph, compact disc, television or any other electronic or

mechanical sound -producing device, including any musical instrument.

The playing of any device in such a manner or with such volume as to

unreasonably upset or disturb the quiet, comfort, or repose of other persons in

other nearby residential properties;

2. Yelling, shouting, hosting, whistling, or singing on the public streets so as to

unreasonably upset or disturb the quiet, comfort, or repose of any persons in

the vicinity;

5. Noise from parties or gatherings that are disturbing to the quiet, comfort, or

repose of other persons

 

SECTION 96.

VIOLATION OF THE PROHIBITED ACTS IN SECTIONS 95:

Without prejudice to other administrative, civil, or criminal offenses as may be filed against

violators, any person who violates the provisions of Section 95 hereof shall, upon conviction, be

subjected to a fine of P5,000.00 or imprisonment for a period of one (1) month and one (1) day to six (6)

months, or both, at the discretion of the court.

In consideration of our neighbors and in accordance with our agreement with the barangay, we kindly request that loud noise or music be reduced to a minimum by 8:00 p.m. All music and activities should conclude by 9:00 p.m.

If there is a need to extend activities without the use of the sound system after 9:00 p.m. INSIDE the house, an additional fee of P4,000.00 per hour will apply. You are welcome to use the house speaker in the living room.
For extensions that involve the use of the sound system from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., a charge of P7,000 per hour will be incurred. Please note that if the event extends beyond 10:00 p.m., we will be required to shut off the power and impose a P15,000 penalty for the violation.

To ensure compliance, we kindly request that all outside guests and suppliers exit the premises by 11:45 p.m. Frangeli House will secure its gates and doors by 12:00 a.m. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors. Your guests are welcome to stay past 12am but will be considered as checked-in guests. Accommodation rates will apply.

 

Ecological Protection
As Frangeli House is an eco and bird sanctuary, it does not allow the following:  confetti (except if water soluble and biodegradable only at the back garden), fireworks, sky lanterns (for safety reasons), nailing on trees, tying of wires directly around trees, or any other activities that may distress the garden plants and animals.  A P5,000 charge will be charged per violation.

Security Measures

There are several security cameras around the property to ensure the safety of our guests.  However, during events, renters of the venue have the responsibility to monitor and identify their guests.  This is to avoid gatecrashers, and theft.

Firearms are not allowed in the venue for our guests’ protection.

Pets
Pets that are part of the event entourage are strictly not allowed inside the house.  It is also the responsibility of the owners to clean up after them. There is a P5,000 charge plus steam cleaning fee for non-compliance.

Important Notes:
The couple’s authorized representative is responsible for communicating these guidelines to their suppliers and guests and ensuring their adherence.

Frangeli House will exclusively engage with the authorized representative of the bride and groom for all event-related matters, both before, during, and after the event.

Upon reserving Frangeli House for your event, these guidelines must be signed by either the bride, the groom, or their authorized representative, as well as a Frangeli House management representative. Each party will retain a copy of these signed guidelines, with one copy held by Frangeli House and the other by the couple or their representative.
